Pulse We both agreed that we'd felt some sort of recognition, a jolt of rightness and familiarity upon meeting. It didn't lessen the second time around either. I don't discard the possibility that in another time and place, our paths may have crossed more than once.. but there is no proof. Instead, I'm more inclined to believe the scientific explanation - that the chemo-electrical impulses in our bodies pulse to the same rhythm, in the same pattern. Mirror images, even if it is only internally. It's good enough for me. |
